1. Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from noddypanda.com. Our return period is 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly accept returns and provide you with a full refund or a replacement product, as per your preference. You will not be charged for the return shipping in this case.
3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or fault, such as a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size, you may do so within the 7-day return period. However, in such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refund Process

6. Exclusions
